INCANDESSENCE Workshop
(Silent meditation, Yoga & Nonviolent Communication)
A morning of silent sitting and a Sivananda-style Yoga session.
Followed by co-listening practice.
In the afternoon, a workshop on therapeutic and nonviolent assertive communication.
There will be paired exercises, group sharing moments, and live one-on-one guidance.
Feel free to come with real-life situations from your daily experience.
This workshop is designed for those who wish to deepen both a bodily practice and the learning of relational tools.
The body is a compass — it offers information even before the mind can interpret what is happening on a psychic or emotional level.
Befriending the body allows us to refine our inner listening and develop a heightened quality of presence toward what moves through us.
If you're seeking lasting change and a more enriched quality of life, these sessions are created with that intention.
You can choose to attend only the meditation session, the yoga practice, or the Assertive Communication workshop, inspired by the work of Marshall B. Rosenberg.
