This workshop is designed for those who wish to deepen both a bodily practice and the learning of relational tools.
The body is a compass — it offers information even before the mind can interpret what is happening on a psychic or emotional level.
Befriending the body allows us to refine our inner listening and develop a heightened quality of presence toward what moves through us.

You can choose to attend only the meditation session, the yoga practice, or the Assertive Communication workshop, inspired by the work of Marshall B. Rosenberg.

Who am I?
I’ve been practicing meditation since I was 20. The listening of silence is a universal path I’ve encountered in Japanese Zen, Tibetan Buddhism, Orthodox Christianity, the non-duality of Vedanta, and the Burmese Vipassana tradition.
Silence connects us to what lies before conditioning, before our social persona, and brings us back to essence.
This essence is what the word Yoga means: Union.
I also began practicing yoga at the age of 20. Preparing the body and mind through yoga allows me to enter a deeper, more qualitative relationship — both with myself and with others.
Facing the difficulty of embodying high spiritual ideals in daily life, I turned to Nonviolent Communication about ten years ago, through intensive training in NVC Individual Accompaniment (AI CNV) and retreats in Germany.
Though I had already been introduced to this approach at age 20 through reading, I made it my profession as a psychotherapeutic guide.
In NVC, I found a powerful way to build a bridge between the transpersonal realm and the personal, relational, human dimension.
That bridge is the one I invite you to walk with me during this weekend.
